We're seeking experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses to join the team at a respected healthcare facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky! This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for per diem flexibility while providing high-quality care to adult acute-care patients.

• Shifts Available: Days and nights
• Minimum Commitment: 4 shifts per month
• Floating: May float to approved Med-Surg units based on competency and facility needs

• Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients with acute and complex medical needs.
• Care for post-operative, vascular, respiratory, renal, and general medical-surgical patients.

• Active RN license eligible for practice in Kentucky.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute-care Medical-Surgical experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Demonstrated ability to manage approximately six Med-Surg patients.
• Experience with IV therapy, peripheral and central-line care, medication administration, and patient assessment.
• Ability to care for post-operative and complex medical-surgical patients.
• Meditech documentation experience required, or willingness to complete Meditech training during onboarding.
• Flexibility to float within approved Med-Surg assignments based on competency and operational needs.
