You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill and medically complex patients within a specialty LTAC setting, coordinating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.
You’ll monitor progress, administer medications, educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term recovery while maintaining compliance with policies and standards.
