Quality Manager

Quality Manager – Bowling Green, KY

Base pay range: $70,000 – $85,000 per year

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for all products and services
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including IATF and ISO
• Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of quality control measures and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Lead problem‑solving efforts to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance and identify trends
• Provide training and support to employees on quality control procedures and techniques
• Participate in APQP and PPAP processes to ensure product launches meet customer requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering in an engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, IATF, SPC, control plans, and problem‑solving
• Experience with quality management systems, including ISO and IATF
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
