Previous food service or management experience is required. Our Crew Managers are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders who motivate and guide the team, manage daily operations, and maintain the highest standards of safety and customer service.

• Organize shifts and manage scheduling
• Handle cash and operate the register and drive‑thru
• Oversee inventory and maintain supply levels
• Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
• Lead the team, motivate performance, and maintain a positive work environment
• Prepare orders, maintain sanitation, and operate fryer/griddle equipment
• Promote a safe and healthy workplace – even during a pandemic

Pay Rate: $18.50 – $24.00 per hour

• Must love to smile, laugh, and have fun!
• 1+ years of food service or management experience
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly
• Enjoy working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment

• Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
