The Bartender provides beverage service following recipes, maintains knowledge of menu items and glassware, and ensures a clean, organized bar area. This is a full-time role with responsibilities across drink preparation, customer service, and bar operations.

• Mix and serve drinks following specified recipes.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beer, and non-alcoholic selections available within the outlet.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of designated glassware, ingredients, preparation methods and garnishes for each drink.
• Maintain an orderly and clean bar, including bar surface, draught area, coolers, wells, sinks, mixing materials, server area and lounge.
• Maintain product inventory and supplies including all liquors, beers, wines, mixes, garnishes, glassware, ice, and miscellaneous bar supplies throughout shift.

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
• Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards, alcohol awareness cards and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction.
• Must be 20+ 1 day years of age or older.
• Obtain alcohol certification through STAR prior to start of employment.

• Wage: $7.25 per hour + TIPS
