Renewal by Andersen® is the division of Andersen Windows developed for the replacement market. Renewal utilizes state‑of‑the‑art materials that provide outstanding thermal performance while maintaining the architectural integrity of the home.
We are seeking a motivated, high‑energy Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. Responsibilities include in‑home sales of Renewal by Andersen windows and patio doors, presentation of product lines, and delivering a consultative, customer‑focused experience. No previous window and door industry experience is required.
Pay Range & Benefits- Draw with commission – Expected earnings $120,000+.
- Premium products and service compensation.
- Health, dental, 401(k) benefits; car allowance.
- Paid training: $800/week for first 2 weeks, $1,000/week for next 2 weeks, $1,200/week for final 2 weeks. After training, 100% commission with a draw.
- Conduct 60‑90 minute in‑home consultations with homeowners, presenting product offerings.
- Use iPad presentations and a computer‑generated sales proposal during initial home visits.
- Assist with assigned showroom presentation days and provide inside sales support.
- Maintain accurate records: enter completed appointment and quote data into the customer database, update order logs and open quote folders.
- Develop self‑generated leads, visit job sites on the day of installation, and manage customer expectations.
- Prepare accurate job folders for every sale, support team sales efforts, and train with the installation team to understand operations.
- Ensure homeowner satisfaction and meet performance metrics including bookings, revenue, unit goals, average job size, margin achievement, and satisfaction ratings.
- 2+ years of sales experience with a motivation for outside sales.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and background check.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; availability for evenings and weekends.
- College degree desirable but not required.
- Good personality, easy to engage, integrity and honesty a must.
