NTT DATA is a global leader in business and technology services. We are looking for a Partner Sales Executive I to drive growth and build lasting relationships with our clients.
Job Responsibilities- Client Relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients.
- Manage day‑to‑day sales and account responsibilities.
- Understand client needs relative to their business strategy and digital landscape.
- Onboard, manage, and upsell complex client relationships post‑sale.
- Develop a long‑term success strategy across your portfolio of clients and prospects.
- Account Management
- Work with internal teams to align technical resources for client engagements.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs and objectives, enabling a smooth sales‑to‑delivery transition.
- Take part in management reviews of account performance metrics and business initiatives.
- Oversee all aspects of the direct sales organization to drive sales performance and provide day‑to‑day leadership and management to achieve sales goals.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver premium service to clients.
- Communicate with Mule Soft/Salesforce and Apisero account teams to deliver customer projects.
- Provide visibility to Mule Soft/Salesforce stakeholders to drive Mule Soft expansion opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for expansion of Apisero services within the existing client base in the region.
- 2–5 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
- Natural relationship builder.
- Interested in the technology industry.
- Energetic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
