We are the exclusive bathroom remodeling partner for Lowe's and The Home Depot in our market, and we are hiring candidates who possess a high level of attention to detail, like to be challenged, are goal-driven, bring a great attitude, enjoy sales and making real money. • Conduct in-home consultations to educate customers on our products and services by providing expert guidance and helping them make informed decisions.
• Sell design and remodeling services that transform bathrooms into stunning spaces.
• Build strong relationships with customers by establishing trust, understanding their needs, and providing a personalized experience.
• Guide homeowners through the remodeling process from design to close.
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience and/or customer services (Preferred not required).
• Ability to learn and master our sales process.
• Highly professional approach and appearance.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable attitude.
• Ability to build rapport instantly and earn customer trust.
• Demonstrate competency with computers and other electronic office/business equipment.
• Valid driver's license and background check.

• On-target earnings of $120,000-$160,000; top performers consistently earning $200,000+ per year.
