• Transport, install, and maintain Brightstar equipment and parts at retailer locations.
• Attend driver training and follow Brightstar vehicle policy.
• Maintain equipment to promote continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot and restore malfunctioning equipment in the field.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and report activity and resolutions.
• Deliver marketing supplies and consumable items and track inventory.
• Deliver basic training to new retailers or refresher training.
• Complete basic forms for reporting activities and equipment problems.

• High school degree or GED equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service–related position.
• 1+ years of experience in technical repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and ability to perceive colors correctly.
• Physical requirements:
  
  climb a ladder, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, sit and drive for prolonged periods, demonstrate dexterity with tools, work at heights, work in close quarters, and be exposed to inclement weather.

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $14.00 – $25.22.
