Field Maintenance Technician - Bowling Green, KY

Join Casey's as a Field Maintenance Technician and return home every night. You will work Monday‑Friday in a designated set of 12‑15 stores in Bowling Green and surrounding areas, completing service and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, plumbing, electrical and fuel systems, and general building maintenance. If you don’t currently live in the area, relocation assistance may be provided.

• No on‑call or weekend hours!
• Day starts when you leave your house and ends when you arrive home. You are paid for travel time.

Starting hiring range: $24.80 – $32.50. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of KSAs, experience, education and qualifications as well as local prevailing wages and internal equity. The position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. The full salary range extends beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing continuous growth.

• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in building and mechanical trades.
• Prior experience installing and repairing electrical systems, plumbing, and refrigeration equipment and parts.
• EPA Type 1 and 2 or Universal Certification required or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire date.
• Valid driver’s license and physical ability to drive a vehicle for job‑related travel.
• Focus on providing great service to stores, store managers and teams.
