Rollins, Inc. is hiring a Utility Technician/Laborer in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This is a full‑time, all‑year‑round position with competitive hourly wages and comprehensive benefits.

• Competitive hourly wages ($20–$25 per hour) based on skill level.

• Perform installations and rodent exclusion projects, including termite bait installation and insulation replacement.
• Ensure safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
• Provide handyman repair, insulation, encapsulation and gutter installation services.
• Stay within projected budget and complete job paperwork.
• Serve as a key member of the branch team.

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year general carpentry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ongoing clean driving record.
• Pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

• Use ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity; walk, stand, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, climb on ladders and roofs, reach overhead.
• Install encapsulation in low light; lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops; work in all weather conditions.
• Work environment noise is generally loud (e.g., new construction, vacuuming insulation).
