Licensed HVAC Install Team Leader role at Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical.

Location:

Bowling Green, KY. Base pay: $20.00/hr - $35.00/hr full-time, Management and Manufacturing function.

• Directly manage install technicians, including training, planning, assignment, performance appraisal, coaching, and rewarding.
• Ensure quality checks on recent customer HVAC installations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner; resolve customer complaints.
• Assist technicians in bidding and estimating jobs.
• Ensure work performed ethically and in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and company safety standards.
• Run weekly training meetings to instruct on sales practices, new products, and KPI reviews.
• Supervise apprentices.

• EPA Certified.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
• Journeyman's License required.
