We’re looking for a Supervisor Telecom Aerial to join our team and help connect America. The Supervisor Telecom Aerial will provide direct, day‑to‑day supervision and coordination for our aerial and/or underground telecommunication construction crews.

Minimum qualifications:

a good working knowledge of telecommunications construction, familiarity with aerial lift devices, utility lines/poles, and various telecommunications construction equipment, ability to use cable placement equipment and tools, and ability to troubleshoot problems.

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities and project progress, establish guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined deliverables.
• Ensure excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Identify and course‑correct project issues and risks, and assist in developing response plans to resolve them.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues to support project objectives.
• Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project.

• Prior supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in a related industry or advanced training in the field (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
• 1 or more years of project management experience, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete a pre‑employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
