Base pay range: $20.00/hr – $25.00/hr

• Perform a variety of tasks involving installation and rodent exclusion projects
• Ensure proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
• Handle handyman general repair tasks, insulation, encapsulation, and gutter installation
• Maintain projected budgets and complete paperwork at job end
• Install termite bait and insulation replacement projects
• Serve as a key member of the branch team

• At least 18 years old
• Minimum one year of general carpentry experience
• Valid driver’s license (must be maintained throughout employment)
• Must maintain a good driving record
• Pass criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen

• Use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity
• Walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, squeezing with both hands
• Install encapsulation in low light conditions
• Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow, ice)
• Noise level generally loud depending on worksite
