Position Description
Immediately Hiring a Dedicated SOLO Class A CDL Driver in Bowling Green, KY for Ryder.

Pay & Benefits- Weekly Guaranteed $1230 per week.
- Solo Miles Pay: $0.48 per Mile with 2500 Miles per Week.
- Solo Stops Pay: $12.00 per Stop with 5 Stops per Week.
- Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per Drop/Hook.
- Sign On Bonus: $1000 at 30 days and $1000 at 90 days.
- Shutdown Bonus: $2000 in 2 installments.
- Safety Bonus: $250 per Quarter (if applicable).
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday. - Start Time: open to AM or PM based on bid system.
- Deliver SOLO to KY & TN.
- Route:
Local Home Daily. - Tractor Type:
Day Cab. - Trailer:
Dry Van 53’. - Freight:
No Touch – Auto Parts. - Strong Backing Skills Required.
- Trucks 36 months or newer, 24/7 roadside maintenance, fuel at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.
- Uniforms and Boot Allowance provided.
- Paid Personal Time Off starts day 1 (80 hours accrued first year).
- Paid Personal Time Policy – unused vacation paid out at hourly rate.
- Medical, Dental, Vision start at 30 days.

- Drivers as captain of the ship – job protection for safety decisions.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Pass Ryder drug test.
- Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification for last 3 years.
- Pass DOT physical.
- Pass Ryder road test.
- Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
- Class A experience: 9 months within last 3 years, or 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years.
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, agency rules, standards and guidelines.
- Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs.
- Loading/unloading freight or assistance as required by customer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
