* Job Responsibilities:

*** Responsible for participating in development and maintenance of APQP, PPAP, and QMS documentation
* Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
* Establishes statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error; determining levels of confidence.
* Establishes statistical reliability by using mean time before failure, weibull 3-parameter distribution, reliability modeling, and reliability demonstration tests.
* Lead cross functional teams to develop Corrective and Preventive Action for Customer, Supplier and Production
* Creates and maintain quality process inspection instructions, reports, and quality alerts
* Participate in preparation and maintenance of process inspection instructions, reports, and quality alerts
* Contribute to continual improvement efforts; to include lean manufacturing, process error proofing,
* CPK improvement, problem solving and resolution, and assistance in providing timely reaction to concerns.
* Assist in the design, development, and approval of checking aids and fixtures.##
