• Evaluate and test facility electrical systems, products, and controls.
• Design testing methods to confirm system and component capabilities.
• Lead and support the Facility Maintenance Team in preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, engineers, and utility providers to manage electrical and automation systems.
• Develop and maintain reports, documentation, and data for facility equipment.
• Prepare and assist with capital and expense budgets.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, customer, quality, and safety regulations.
• Act as team leader on construction projects and daily facility activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage multiple projects with precision.
• Communicate promptly on issues affecting Environment, Health, Safety, or Quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electricity, automation controls, and materials.
• Experience in facility electrical systems and maintenance leadership.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ISO/TS 16949, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work proactively, lead teams, and deliver results under deadlines.
