Quality Engineering Manager
Location:
Holland, OH
Salary: $82,500.00-$95,000.00
- Provide strategic leadership for all quality functions, including Quality Engineering, Systems, and Continuous Improvement
- Oversee quality management systems, audits, and regulatory compliance (ISO/IATF, internal, and customer)
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive quality initiatives from concept through production
- Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis to eliminate defects and ensure sustainable improvements
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing quality team aligned with company objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing quality leadership
- Strong background in quality systems, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Proven success in driving cross-functional improvements and managing customer-facing quality programs
