Senior Accountant – Vital Materials Co., Limited

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this full‑time position plays a crucial role in formulating financial policies, supporting the company’s growth with essential financial analysis, and leading the U.S. entity’s financial department.

• Achieve the financial department’s annual goals and plans for the U.S. entity, coordinating with foreign IPO efforts.
• Assist the Financial Controller in implementing relevant financial policies and SAP systems.
• Provide daily guidance and training to department staff.
• Guide and coordinate financial auditing, accounting, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Formulate, maintain, and enhance the company’s financial management procedures and policies, along with annual and quarterly financial plans.
• Generate various financial reports and perform necessary financial analysis to support management decision‑making.
• Organize and manage the company’s cost management initiatives.
• Conduct cost forecasting, control, accounting, analysis, and assessment to achieve the company’s profit targets.
• Ad hoc assignments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 6‑10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong familiarity with online financial information systems and expert knowledge of U.S. accounting standards. Minimum of 3 years of financial/accounting experience.
• Proficient understanding of U.S. GAAP and U.S. taxation regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
• Mandarin is a plus.
