Grain Associate

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring a Grain Associate in Bowling Green, OH.

As a Grain Associate for Cardinal Staffing, you will work in an outdoor environment and be involved in all aspects of grain elevator operations including:

• Unloading/Loading trucks
• Grading grain
• Working in the grain mill

This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of ($18) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shift
-1st 8am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)

• Unload/loadtrucks
• Performs general clean-up of elevator
• Runs appropriate series of tests on different grains

• Seasonal weather conditions

• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
