Responsibilities- Operations & Production Planning:
Oversee daily operations and develop monthly and annual production plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance tracking. - Leadership & Team Development:
Inspire and guide your team by aligning functional strategies with the company’s mission and values, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and excellence. - Process & Quality Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing methods, systems, and quality assurance tools to enhance efficiency and product reliability. - Health, Safety & Compliance:
Champion a safe work environment by enforcing HSE policies and proactively addressing risks and non‑compliance issues. - Budgeting & Scheduling:
Manage departmental budgets and coordinate medium‑to‑long‑term work schedules to meet business objectives across multiple teams.
- Strategic action planning and organizational alignment
- Expertise in policy development and operational compliance
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptive mindset with a focus on innovation and resilience
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and build team capability
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or operations leadership
