Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Engineer to ensure the integrity of manufacturing processes and product delivery. Responsibilities include implementing quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as IATF 16949. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced environment, with occasional on-site needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience with automotive manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow documentation
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving

Travel Availability

Up to 20% travel required to support plant operations and quality initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing quality
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
  • Intermediate experience with machining or assembly processes
  • Ability to conduct audits and ensure compliance

Role Overview

You will ensure manufacturing processes meet standards and customer expectations, maintain quality documentation, conduct audits, and support quality system improvements. Success requires understanding operational compliance, risk management, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
