Maintenance Technician - Dowa THT America Inc

Base Pay Range$26.70/hr - $34.00/hr
Responsibilities- Provide ongoing daily maintenance and repair of production equipment, such as industrial furnaces, vacuum washers, and coating lines.
- Provide general building maintenance, working with specialty contractors as necessary.
- Provide preventative maintenance according to the schedule provided by the Operations Manager.
- Provide machinery troubleshooting, metal fabrication/welding, pipe fitting as required.
- Ensure all safety measures are utilized and the highest efficiency of operation is resultant.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School education or equivalent.
- Five years’ experience in a maintenance role with machinery in a production environment.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
- High regard for safety.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willingness to work at customer field locations, on occasion.
- Comprehensive background check including 7 years work history, criminal background, and 9‑panel drug screen is required.
The work environment is a heat treatment plant and can be very warm in the summer.
