The Electrical Technician will work on the production floor providing electrical services for machines being built to print specifications. The Technician will also perform mechanical debug/testing and tear down of assembled equipment.

• Provide electrical services according to print specifications
• Consult blueprints for proper wiring
• Test the hard wiring of assembled products and correct wiring problems
• Perform mechanical debug and support testing of the assembled equipment
• Perform mechanical tear down of completed equipment
• Support ISO  quality objectives
• Perform general housekeeping on the shop floor
• Comply with all rules, policies, and procedures including safety and regulations

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of electrical wiring experience on industrial equipment
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings/blueprints
• Capacity to use hand and power tools
• Capability to rig, sling, and use an overhead crane to lift work pieces
• Operate a fork truck to move work pieces
• Must provide own basic hand tools
• Ability to travel up to 10% to company facilities and customer sites
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and be able to climb, stand, stoop, or kneel for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs and a ladder up to ten feet
• Color vision for the ability to work with color‑coded wiring systems
