12 Hour Shifts – Part-Time - Day Shift

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents following established protocols and procedures.
• Conduct assessments to determine residents' health status and assist in developing personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms, promptly notifying the appropriate medical personnel of any changes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease management.

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio.
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to think critically.
