Registered Nurse / Emergency Department / Full Time / Nights

Wood County Hospital is looking for an RN to work nights in the Emergency Department.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely, detailed reports and records.
• Individualize care based on patient values, preferences, and needs.
• Collaborate and advocate with other health care providers to provide best outcomes.
• Educate patient and family from admission to discharge.
• Prepare, prevent, protect and respond to support our culture of safety.
• Work necessary hours as required; may work longer hours.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  Diploma Nurse or ADN from an accredited school.
• License:
  Registered Nurse in Ohio by time of hire.
• Experience:
  
  None.
• Certification: BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire; PALS required within 90 days; NRP within 90 days (OB).

• Education:
  
  BSN from an accredited school.
• Experience:
  
  Two years of clinical experience.
• Certification:
  Specialty certification.
