Quality Assurance Associates​/REWORK

We have urgent openings for entry-level Quality Assurance Associates, and we are happy to provide training for the right candidates. We offer full-time schedules from Monday through Friday, with weekend overtime as required, as well as part-time shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Our operations span Northwest Ohio in Bowling Green and Southeast Michigan in Blissfield. Candidates must be prepared to travel within a 40-mile radius of Toledo, with daily mileage compensation provided for qualifying commutes.

Shift Details and Compensation

We are currently staffing for both full-time and part-time on-call roles in Bowling Green, OH, and Blissfield, MI. First shift runs from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM at $15 per hour, while third shift operates from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM at $16 per hour. For those traveling more than 41 miles roundtrip from their residence, we offer a mileage reimbursement of $0.50 per mile.

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you are essential to upholding our high standards for product quality and safety. This manufacturing role is highly active and centers on inspecting items, identifying defects, managing containment, and assisting with necessary rework tasks.

• Assist with containment and rework tasks to ensure production efficiency.
• Keep precise and organized quality assurance documentation.
• Adhere to all safety and operational protocols to foster a secure workplace.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Access to reliable personal transportation, as the facility is not accessible via public transit.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Competency in basic math and the ability to utilize a tape measure or ruler.
• Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, as well as bend, reach, and lift.
• A functional mobile phone with voicemail for our app-based timekeeping system.
• Requirement to wear steel-toed footwear.
• Reliability and the ability to complete full work shifts.
