• Control profitability by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining property inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train all employees in operational excellence to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain a clean, compliant workplace.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or a retail environment with P&L responsibility, preferably in a quick‑serve restaurant.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects; stand and walk continuously for entire shifts; maneuver through compact spaces safely.
