In This Role, You Will- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet student needs.
- Adapt lessons and strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to support student success.
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with special education laws and best practices.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that builds student confidence and independence.
