COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Physical Therapy (PT)

• Up to $100k base with 2% annual increases (Base Commensurate with experience)
• $5k Sign on Bonus each year
• Up to $10k Relocation
• Loan Repayment through NHSC and IHS
• 5 weeks of PTO + 15 paid Holidays
• Generous Benefits Package-( Health, CME, Retirement IRA SEP at 11.5% of gross salary; no matching required)

• Outpatient
• Indian Health Reservation
• Average 8-10 patients per day
• Orthopedics Focused
• All ages

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapy (PT)

• Start with any state license
• Experience preferred but open to new grads
• DPT
• Seeking candidates with team-mentality and patient/community-focused approach.
