Job SummaryWe are seeking a strategic, communicative, and compassionate physical therapist who will diagnose and treat patients with conditions limiting movement, improving quality of life by alleviating pain and enhancing physical function. The role requires flexibility, collaboration, out‑of‑the‑box thinking, and problem solving. Physical therapists may be required to lift, transfer patients, and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs that help patients recover and improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
- Document patient information for evaluation.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, schedules, and self‑exercises.
- Demonstrate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and record therapeutic progress; recommend necessary adjustments.
- Follow guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures in the therapy process.
- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
- Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist.
- When applicable, may require a valid driver's license.
- Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications;
Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
