Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan for industry‑specific cold spray applications.
- Build comprehensive business cases, including capital requirements, inventory planning, revenue targets, and growth strategies.
- Establish, track, and achieve development goals aligned with industry priorities.
- Create and manage customer‑focused development action plans to support successful outcomes.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to achieve objectives and enhance overall performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing industry‑focused team, providing sales training and coaching.
- Identify new customer opportunities, generate leads, and expand market presence.
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships to ensure smooth execution of purchase orders.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and tailored proposals.
- Analyze and report on sales performance, customer development metrics, and revenue forecasts.
- Support pricing strategy development and monitor sales budgets to ensure financial alignment.
- Drive innovative promotional initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Engage directly with customers, generate quotes, and leverage trade shows to support growth initiatives.
- Present technical solutions clearly and effectively to inform customer decision‑making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior‑level sales or strategic planning experience preferred.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
