In this position, you will be responsible for the final stages of concrete placement, focusing on achieving a high-quality finish that meets industry standards.

Your skills will play a crucial role in the overall success of our Commercial projects, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.

• Set forms for concrete placements according to project specifications.
• Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces to industry standards.
• Use hand and power tools, such as power screeds and ride-on finishers to shape, mold, and finish concrete.
• Ensure proper curing of concrete and adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines.
• Perform quality checks and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of materials and equipment.

• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or Form setter is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools.
• Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

• Salary:
  Box Elder $41,000.00-$55,000.00;
  Rapid City $55,000.00-$75,000.00;
  Ellsworth AFB DoD Skill Bridge range $60,000.00-$75,000.00.
