Experienced HVAC Service Technician

• Respond to commercial service calls.
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of commercial HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, condensing units, air handling units, and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial equipment.
• Install refrigerant piping.
• Keep work area, vehicle, and tools clean and organized.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years verifiable work experience.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Good customer service skills.
• Flexible and highly motivated self‑starter.
• Professional appearance at all times.
