Journeyman HVAC Sheet metal Installer (or Apprentice with minimum 2 years experience)

We are seeking an HVAC Sheet metal Installer for commercial, institutional, and residential settings. The role is Monday‑to‑Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with occasional overtime. The successful candidate will be proficient in all aspects of HVAC sheet metal fabrication and installation, able to read and interpret commercial HVAC blueprints, and will manage projects from fabrication through installation while maintaining high quality and efficient scheduling.

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or project specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing the required materials and equipment.
• Install work in accordance with blueprints and in conformance with specifications.
• Set up RTUs, curbs, split systems, and other HVAC equipment.
• Install kitchen hoods and related equipment.
• Ensure high quality of work and adherence to the schedule.
• Keep work area, vehicle, and tools clean and organized.
• Communicate with customers and document work performed.
• Work well with customers, co‑workers, and subcontractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years verifiable work experience.

Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm with occasional overtime. Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour. Salary range: $37,070 – $75,597 annually. Signing bonus available. Full‑time position; in‑person work location.
