Centiv is op zoek naar een enthousiaste zorgprofessional die zich ontwikkelt tot regiebehandelaar binnen een zelfstandig team in de GGZ. Je verleent geïntegreerde zorg en combineert gesprekken met digitale eHealth-toepassingen, met ruimte voor leerervaring en supervisie.
Het opleidingstraject start met een samenwerking tussen Vincent van Gogh, Hogeschool Zuyd en Centiv. Je werkt initieel bij Vincent van Gogh en daarna bij Centiv, met begeleiding van een medisch mentor en praktijkopleider.
