About the Role  We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to support a major greenfield project in Boxmeer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC design, qualification, and field execution within complex industrial or pharmaceutical environments. This role requires hands‑on site presence and the ability to work closely with construction, CQV, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities   Lead and support HVAC engineering activities across design, installation, and qualification phases.
Oversee field and site works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (CQV, construction, utilities, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems.
Review technical documentation, design packages, and commissioning/qualification protocols.
Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical guidance during installation and start‑up.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance during all on‑site activities.
Contribute to project reporting, schedule updates, and technical decision‑making.
Required Experience & Skills   Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC engineering.
Strong background in greenfield projects.
Proven experience with HVAC system qualification within regulated environments (pharma/biotech preferred).
Extensive field and site experience, including supervision of contractors and installation teams.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and qualification documents.
Strong problem‑solving skills and capability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
