Job Description & How to Apply Below
Our client is an international organization operating within the healthcare sector. At various locations worldwide, innovative products are developed and manufactured that contribute to improving the health of both people and animals.
The organization continuously makes significant investments in production facilities, technology, and infrastructure. The Global Engineering Solutions department is responsible for developing and delivering these complex capital projects. From the initial project evaluation through execution, commissioning, and financial close-out, engineering and project management play a crucial role.
About the Department  You will join an international engineering organization responsible for major capital investment projects within a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will work on-site in Boxmeer and lead one or more major capital projects.
You will work with multidisciplinary Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), consisting of engineers, project engineers, contractors, and business representatives, among others. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and subcontractors.
These projects are substantial in size and complexity. We are therefore looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take responsibility independently, maintain a clear overview, and bring together different interests and perspectives.
What Will You Do?  As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing major capital projects. You will guide projects throughout their entire lifecycle: from initial evaluation and scope development through execution, handover, and financial close-out.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing one or more major capital projects of significant size and complexity.
Being responsible for the entire project lifecycle: from initial evaluation and scope development through execution, handover, and financial close-out.
Establishing and monitoring project objectives relating to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
Building, leading, and developing multidisciplinary Integrated Project Teams (IPTs).
Coordinating internal and external resources and ensuring effective collaboration between all parties involved.
Identifying business requirements and translating them into concrete project objectives.
Monitoring project progress, costs, schedule, risks, and quality.
Applying change management and change control to safeguard project objectives.
Coordinating planning and project controls, including risk management and cost control.
Overseeing the work of external partners and subcontractors.
Contributing to the selection and evaluation of external design and execution partners.
Working with Procurement and Legal on contractual and commercial matters.
Reviewing and coordinating engineering and design proposals.
Participating in equipment reviews, FATs, SATs, installation, and commissioning.
Monitoring and coordinating Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) activities.
Preparing and communicating project reports for management.
Proactively identifying risks, delays, and scope changes and ensuring appropriate solutions are implemented.
Applying Lean principles and actively using lessons learned and After Action Reviews.
Promoting a strong safety culture and integrating SHE aspects into all phases of the project.
What Do You Bring?
At least 5 years of demonstrable experience managing engineering and/or capital projects.
Experience managing large and complex projects in, for example, the pharmaceutical, biotech, food, high-tech, or similar industries.
Experience managing projects with significant budgets and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.

Experience with project planning, cost control, risk management, and change management.
Knowledge of project governance and capital management processes.
Experience managing and monitoring external partners and subcontractors.
Knowledge of the engineering, installation, and commissioning of technical systems and facilities.

Experience with Commissioning & Qualification is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of GMP, SHE, and relevant engineering and quality standards is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively bring together different interests and perspectives.
You are independent, decisive, and results-oriented.
Excellent command of the English language.
Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage but not a requirement.
Willingness to work primarily on-site in Boxmeer.
For this position, practical experience is decisive. A specific educational background is less important than demonstrable experience in successfully managing complex engineering and capital projects.
What Do We Offer?
A challenging position within an international engineering organization.
The opportunity to take responsibility for major and complex capital projects.
A professional and multidisciplinary working environment with plenty of room for individual responsibility.
A 12-month…
