MSD Animal Health in Boxmeer zoekt een Improvement engineer met Lean Six Sigma-ervaring om processen te stabiliseren en te verbeteren. Je leidt en faciliteert verbeterinitiatieven, voert Kaizen-events uit en zorgt voor data-gedreven besluitvorming met root cause analyses en multidisciplinaire onderzoeken.
Je rapporteert aan de Improvement Lead van IPT IVP en werkt nauw samen met productie, Quality, Maintenance en Logistics.
