Title: Senior Accountant

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 + discretionary annual bonus

Location: Boynton Beach, Florida

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Build and enforce robust financial controls across diverse project cycles and sizes
• Manage the month end close process, prepare financial statements, variance analysis, maintain rolling cost cash flow forecast, and work closely with Project Managers
• Handle accurate job costing, AIA billing, collections, accounts payable, and Work-In-Progress (WIP) accounting to enhance cash flow and profitability
• Drive continual process improvement across all finance and back-office functions

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience within the construction industry
• Strong working knowledge of job costing (WIP, AIA, Lien Releases, etc.)
• Quick Books experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
