Pastor, Golbois, Ebert & Palladino CPAs, PLLC is a boutique CPA firm in Boynton Beach serving small businesses and their owners. Our clients include professional practices, service companies, real estate investors and family-owned businesses. We’re a small team of three partners and a close-knit staff, and we work hard to make each client feel like they’re our only client. The firm is growing, and we’re adding an experienced tax professional to help us handle that growth.
Therole
You’ll own a book of business clients from start to finish: S corporation and partnership returns, the owners’ individual returns, and the monthly and quarterly work that keeps those clients on track throughout the year. You’ll report directly to a partner and work closely with business owners who want a CPA firm that knows their business.
What you’ll do- Prepare Forms 1120-S and 1065, including basis, capital accounts, and M-1/M-2 reconciliations
- Prepare individual returns for business owners, with K-1 flow-through, Schedules C and E, and multi-entity situations
- Handle monthly and quarterly bookkeeping in Quick Books Online, including reconciliations, close, and cleanup
- Prepare payroll tax filings, Florida sales tax, tangible personal property returns, and 1099s
- Work through year-end planning with business owners, including reasonable compensation, retirement plan contributions, and S corporation fringe benefits
- 3 to 5 years of public accounting experience with hands‑on preparation of business returns, not review only
- Strong working knowledge of S corporation and partnership taxation
- Quick Books Online proficiency;
Pro Advisor certification is a plus - CPA strongly preferred; candidates actively sitting for the exam will be considered
- Experience serving small and closely held businesses
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and communicates well with clients
- Salary of $80,000 to $88,000, depending on experience and licensure, plus bonuses

This is a full‑time, in‑office position at our Boynton Beach office.
