Superintendent, Construction

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established General Contractor based in Palm Beach, Florida to assist in hiring an experienced Superintendent! Prior experience as a Superintendent at a GC is required. Experience running public projects preferred.

• Analyzes drawings and uses applicable software to perform material take-offs for detailed estimates & provides unit cost pricing
• Assists with developing project updates and bid package estimate documents’ comparison
• Tracks and adjusts quantities as needed
• Solicits subcontractor bids and partners with vendors to build relationships and obtain quotes
• Reviews RFPs, Basis of Design & drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
• Presents information and responds to questions from internal departments
• Support Junior Estimators as required!

• 8+ years Superintendent experience with a GC
• Experience with public projects (required)
• Industrial, k-12, car dealerships project experience (preferred)
• Local Florida market knowledge
• Excellent verbal communication & leadership skills
• Effective people management skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) a bonus!

• Salary $120-140k (based on experience)
