Founded in 1987, Mas Tec Civil (formerly Condotte America) is a heavy highway contractor that specializes in the construction of complex transportation projects, including roadways, bridges, interchanges, mass transit, and tolling facilities. • Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones.
• Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials.
• Load, unload, or distribute building materials or tools to the appropriate locations according to project plans or specifications.
• Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed.
• Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications using a variety of power and hand tools.
• Tend pumps, compressors, or generators to provide power for tools, machinery, or equipment or to heat or move materials such as dirt, gravel, and asphalt.
• Clean tools, equipment, and work areas.

• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.
• Knowledge of and adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Three to six months of related field construction experience.
