The Creative Coordinator will be responsible for developing and leading a growing, effective, and relevant creative ministry. This position will also lead the creative process among teams and develop people in the ministry by nurturing and encouraging them to use their talents and skills for Jesus Christ. The position reports to the Executive Pastor over worship, creative, and care.

• College degree preferred
• Ability to accomplish assigned projects using highly developed communication (written and verbal), project management, time management, and collaboration skills
• Ability to perform high-quality, detailed work with minimal supervision within deadlines
• Ability to think strategically while focusing on current departmental priorities
• Experience and gifting in leading and developing a creative ministry
• Experience in social media, graphics, photography, and modern culture
• Proficiency in photography and video editing
• Skilled in using and editing You Tube and podcasting
• Knowledge of current trends related to this area of ministry
• Extensive experience with social networking outlets like Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Facebook

• Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through Bible study, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession, and fellowship
• Oversee all creative elements for all Anchor worship services, including graphics, videos, photography, social media, and enhancing church environments
• Manage photography and video editing
• Make decisions regarding all Anchor creative environments, including social media, photography, videos, atmospheres, graphics, website, Anchor app, worship album graphics, merchandise designs, and budget expenses
• Mentor, train, and release people in creative ministry through one-on-one discipleship
• Build, oversee, and nurture creative teams and volunteers, providing skill training and spiritual guidance
• Develop strategies for integrating new members into the creative ministry
• Perform other duties as assigned
