At Nothing Bundt Cakes
, the Guest Services Representative sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll act as a party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and ensuring their orders go off without a hitch. $13.00 per hour

• Assist guests in selecting and ordering cakes for all occasions
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled without error and on time
• Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for every customer
• Collaborate with bakery staff to maintain a smooth and friendly customer experience

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to work early openings, closing, and weekend shifts
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to work as part of a team and bring a positive, service‑oriented attitude
• Experience with customer service or hospitality is a plus (previous work with Nothing Bundt Cakes is not required)
