Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answering any questions they may have
  • Maintaining the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Operating standard office equipment, hardware, and software on a regular basis, including Ring Central, security camera software, our proprietary job management software, and Microsoft 365/Office, including Outlook
  • Responsible for the intake of all leads and scheduling appointments for project managers. This may involve some interaction after-hours for the communication and coordination of emergencies.
  • Dispatching of emergency crews by coordinating with project managers and customers
  • Use of our spreadsheet to track and manage all leads
  • Responsible for managing the conversion of all new leads to a jobs, while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Track/follow-up with the project managers and crew by using our GPS and camera system, to ensure efficiency, punctuality, and production.
  • Following-up with potential clients and customers to make sure their experience is satisfactory
  • Receiving deliveries; sorting and distributing incoming mail
