Architectural Project Manager
The ideal candidate is an experienced architectural professional with over 12 years in the field and a proven track record of at least 5 years in project management. This role involves leading production teams through the Construction Documents phase, assisting in the design process, and overseeing project schedules, budgets, and coordination with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). The candidate will work closely with the Project Architect to ensure design intent, technical accuracy, and efficient project delivery.
An architect's license is not required, but it adds value for the right person.
