Services span feasibility studies, schematic design, site plan and development review, design development, construction drawings, and construction administration. Team members work closely with clients to deliver thoughtful, efficient, and well-coordinated design solutions from concept through completion.

The Architectural Designer (Level-2) is a full-time, on-site role located in Boynton Beach, FL. This position supports project teams through the development of design concepts, preparation of drawings, and coordination of documentation across the firm’s studios. Day-to-day responsibilities include producing schematic and design development drawings, assisting with construction document sets, and contributing to site plan and development review packages. The designer will collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and other team members, participate in project meetings, and help resolve design and technical issues.

The role also involves maintaining organized project files, adhering to office standards, and supporting construction administration tasks such as responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings.

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, buildable solutions.
• Proficiency in Construction Drawings and Drawing production, including detailed plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
• Understanding of Urban Planning principles and their application to site design, zoning, and development review.
• Relevant software skills, such as AutoCAD or Revit, Sketch Up or other 3D modeling tools, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; progress toward professional licensure is a plus.
• 4-10 years of professional architectural experience, preferably including work on commercial, residential, or specialty projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation.
