Primary Care Physician – Boynton Beach, FL

Compensation: $270K–$280K base salary with total earning potential up to $350K

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Setting: Outpatient | Geriatric Focus | Medicare-Only Practice

, a highly reputable and technologically advanced outpatient primary care practice in Boynton Beach, FL
, to recruit a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (MD/DO). This is a full-time, long‑term opportunity to join a patient-centered team dedicated to providing exceptional care for an exclusively Medicare population.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for a geriatric Medicare patient population.
• Manage approximately 20 patients per day

• Collaborate with mid-level providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
• Participate in minimal phone‑based call rotation (1 in
  3).

• MD or DO,
  Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  .
• Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience (geriatrics experience preferred).
• Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Base Salary: $270K–$280K (DOE)
• Bonus: Productivity-based, total compensation potential up to $350K
