Primary Care Physician - Boynton Beach, FL
Compensation: $270K-$280K base salary with total earning potential up to $350K
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Friday 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
Setting: Outpatient Geriatric Focus Medicare-Only Practice
About the Opportunity
MASC Medical is partnering with a Primary Care Office , a highly reputable and technologically advanced outpatient primary care practice in Boynton Beach, FL , to recruit a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) . This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to join a patient-centered team dedicated to providing exceptional care for an exclusively Medicare population.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for a geriatric Medicare patient population.
- Manage approximately 20 patients per day .
- Collaborate with mid-level providers and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
- Participate in minimal phone-based call rotation (1 in
3).
- MD or DO,
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine . - Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience (geriatrics experience preferred).
- Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Base Salary: $270K-$280K (DOE)
- Bonus: Productivity-based, total compensation potential up to $350K
